What is a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

As an Employee, you will be provided a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) this helps you to pay for qualified expenses not covered by benefit plans. For Example: Chidcare Expenses, medical, dental, and dependent care expenses, including co-payments, deductibles, and even some over-the-counter medications.

This come to you as a pretax benefit, it's also a powerful tax savings tool. You may designate a portion of their pretax salary to be deposited into your plan, effectively reducing your taxable income.

We also provide Direct deposit of reimbursement funds into your bank account and a FSA Debit Card or a Flex Card that can help increase your utilization.

Example: If you had $4000.00 in Child Care Expenses and $1000.00 other qualified expenses in a year, you will save tax on $5000.00 an estimated saving of $1500.00 in Taxes. Please speak to our Payroll & Billing Specialist for more details.

Our HR Company will help you establish and administer your FSA. They process claims daily, and provide the legal documentation, compliance testing, and status reports to keep your accounts running smoothly.
