Hey, don't be Nervous! We all started someday and every one had a first Time. Here are few tips. Good Luck!

Dressing & Appearance

  • Men: Check if there is a Dress Code. Otherwise, you may go in a Business Casual like a Shirt (Not a T-Shirt) and Pants
  • Women: Check if there is a Dress Code. Otherwise, you may go in a Business Casual like a Shirt (Not a T-Shirt) and Pants or a Suit (No Ethnic Stuff)
  • Men: Make sure you shave and trim your Hair
  • Women: Don't wear Heavy Lipstick, stay clean

Smell Good

Don't forget to take a Shower and make sure to use a Deodarant, wear mild Perfume/Cologne or use a Body Spray.  I still remember, one woman who came to my office smelling pungent dirty sweat. We just walked out of the Room and cancelled the Interview.

Arrive Early

Make sure you arrive at the Building early, it is very common that you may get lost miss a Bus or Train

ID Cards

Check with Security or someone for an ID or Access Card

Greet the Manager

Warmly, shake hands with the Manager with a Smile (If you are a Body Builder, don't break hands). Ask about your Desk and Location

Low Profile

Maintain a Low Profile and do not talk unnecssarily. Speak only when it is required. If you find another person from your Country; don't create a Scene.

Tasks

When a Task is given to you, ask the Manager for a Time Frame, if a Task is given on Monday and required to be finished on Friday, do not attempt to complete next day. Complete by Friday Only, your acts may result in loosing the Contract and Hourly Rates.

Problems & Issues

Report and Discuss any problems with our Employment Specialists. (Example: Technical, Behavioral etc). If you try to resolve by talking to other Team Members or the Client Manager, it will get worse. Our Employment Specilaists have expertise in handling most common issues and problems.

Time Sheets

Make sure you fill Time Sheets on Friday of each week. Simply ask the Manager - What is the System you follow for Time Reporting, you may have to get it signed by your Manager if it is not electronic. Again, if there is a Problem, contact your Billing and Payroll Specialist 24X7 at (800) 454-3936
