- Obtain Prevailing Wage Determination or determine via flcdatacenter.com
- Determine Wages for the correct Level
- Properly File LCA based on the Location of Work
- Send a Copy to you (Employee) and the Client
- Check for displacement of US Workers from Client
H1B Filing - Properly complete the I-129 Petition with correct "Basis for Classification"
- Properly list Work Location
- Properly list wages based on LCA
- Explain how the Job relates to your background
- Establish H1B Employer-Employee Relationship
- Analyze and submit Contract related documents
