I am on H1 with this company. I just got H1 approved. Now I am working with a client.I have 2 questions. 1) I want to stay with same client and I want to change my employer. Will that be a problem. CLient is having no problem with employer change. 2) When I apply for h1b transfer, if my visa got rejected can I stay with the H1 of my previous employer.

1) Yes, if client is willing to move the contract to another Employer, you are fine.

2) Yes, you can continue with previous Employer.
